![]() PL5 is not necessary if you have LR and PS. If you're already a Lightrooms subscriber, get PureRaw2. But if RAF files do look better or it make life easier I'll have PhotoLab as another tool in my box. I have a Capture One licence and I can't tell the difference between the two other than LrC is easier to use and has more/better features I make use of. With Lightroom I can select Provia, Astia, Velvia etc. My specific question is about Fujifilm colours. I haven't downloaded the demo but have skimmed the full manual. Its £115 but in for a penny, PhotoLab is £199 and as far as I can see includes PureRAW. ![]() I'm pretty sure I'll get a PureRAW licence. Impressed by my trial of DXO PureRAW (see this thread Getting into noise reduction) I took a look at the specs for PhotoLab 5.
